I used shiro miso (any kind of miso is fine), dashi, ramen, veggies (I used mushrooms, carrots, and spring onions)
Boil two cups water in a small pot, add 2 tbsp miso and 1/2 tsp dashi until dissolved, add veggies and ramen and cook for 4-5 minutes depending on how chewy you like your noodles
done! I could eat this every day.
Now it's post office time and then maybe a museum. I can't decide if I want to go back to the Brooklyn Museum (I was just there a few days ago) since I have a membership or to the Met or Natural History Museum because I haven't been there in forever.
